Installation is where the rubber meets the road with irrigation systems. A well designed system is only as good as the installation. There are some techniques that will help keep your system running reliable for years.  On the other hand, cutting corners in the installation process can greatly reduce the life of your system and its components. At AIS, we don't cut corners in the installation process. Below are some items that we use in our irrigation systems. This is why we are one of the few irrigation companies that offer a 2 year written warrantee on parts and labor. We install it right and stand behind our product.

Our systems are reliable and rugged!!!

We only use top of line components. This includes Controllers, pipe, valves, wire (no "all in one" wires), fittings, spray heads, rotors, pressure regulators, filters, and emitters. Also, all of the connections we make are done with flexible swing joints. This allows the heads to move when run over with mowers. It protects the pipe below by placing a flexible line between the pipe and the head. If you damage a head, the repair is much easier and cheaper repairing the pipe section.
